Workout update

I'm trying to spend 20-30 minutes in some kind of physical exercise, even if it's just a short walk around the neighborhood, every day - besides work. And I've tried to cut back on the junk food, especially in the evening, and eat more fruits and vegetables.

I've noticed after one week that my overall mood has measurably improved.
Still not sleeping well though. :(

If you keep exercising like that, the sleep is bound to catch up with you. Otherwise, you are cordially invited to have a weekend with Emmy. After that, you'll sleep like a baby, even if she doesn't. ;)

I hope so; this finally dropping off 15 minutes before the alarm goes off is for the birds.
