McDiet

I just had my first Big Macs in 3 years! I hope it doesn't kill me. Especially since the bottom of the box it comes in listed it as 540 calories per serving...and I had 2! That's half a bag of M&Ms! There goes my limited calorie intake for today. :(
I've been snacking on carrots and apples for the last week instead of my chocolate junk food and find myself waking up one or two hours before the alarm goes off - and I'm not tired! I've also started walking 30 minutes a day so between the two, I've gained at least 30 minutes a day for other things I want to do!

We all have our moments of weakness. The important thing is that your general trend is positive!

Thank you. That really helps me keep the program going rather than giving up on it already over the, as you say, one incident.
I shall continue... :) ...and it will get easier!!
