home busyness

When the iPod runs out it's time to quit for the day.
I got the 65 gallon yard debris can full, another pile of weeds to put in when that one's emptied, all the moss taken off the deck and concrete though I still need to saturate it with moss-out and spray it off. The garage is clean but I found another termite nest. Broke that up and sprayed it with RAID. Still need to put up the overhead wire storage shelving and the pegboard over the workbench. Also still have half the front yard to weed and the hillside needs the weed-eater taken to it.
Mom & Dad came over and picked up their stuff for the garage sale they're having this weekend. I've got the corner of my basement back!
Tomorrow the plan is to finish weeding the front yard, demoss & pressure wash sidewalks, deck, and driveway and think about the garage shelving and pegboard! As for the hillside, it's useless anyway so it can sit.

I finished off The Heart of Stars by Kate Forsyth the other night. It's the last book in the Rhiannon's Ride trilogy. Pretty good book. I hated the second one and almost didn't read this one. A couple surprises toward the end and I liked how she stayed with one set of characters when the characters split off instead of alternating chapters between all three sets of characters.
I'm now reading Magic or Madness by Justine Larbalester.
