Due to the lack of participation, last month's workout schedule has been cancelled.

And reading a book on nutrition is not really going to help much when you're snacking on M&Ms at the same time. I don't agree with everything in the book - I'm not going to become a vegetarian - but I'm now snacking more on carrot sticks and apples and curtailing the junk food.

I have also come up with a new & improved, not to mention more realistic for me, workout time. Now I just need a workout partner to help keep me on track!
Sundays & Thursdays should hopefully be the two non-overtime days and I'll workout for the time it takes to play 1 CD. Tonight's CD was the first Garbage album. I just didn't expect it to run over 40 minutes! *This is not my idea of a good time* for all you Garbage fans out there! I thought The Trick is to Keep Breathing was on this CD too but that's on Version 2.0. That'll be Thursday's CD. lol
625 calories burned with an incline as high as 4.0 in just under an hour. 2.5 more hours of that and I could burn off a bag of M&Ms! :D

I'm going to try to something on Tues. too even if it's just a wee little Wii Sports action!
