What a day, it sure wasn't mine.

It started at 3:30 this morning since I had to be in to work early and we still weren't getting our time in. Guy runs a red light and almost broadsides me on the way in to town. One of the two machines broke down at the start of the 2 1/2 hour Burger King run so while one engineer is replacing the air cylinder the other is moving the gate up and down by hand. The only problem is he'd forget to put it down at the right time. I seem to have misplaced my memory today and kept mixing up our running order. Fifteen minutes shy of 4 hours overtime before we get to go home. :( That's what they call an early day?

On the lighter side, they had a note up by the time clock with different times for mandatory diversity meetings...I wonder if these meetings are because of the Martin Luther King holiday. I myself can't wait to speak up about the Vulcan philosophy IDIC - Infinite Diversity in Infinite Combinations! All I need to know about life I learned from watching Star Trek! :D Laughter IS the best medicine and I'm feeling better already! lol
