As easy as Pi

It's a new Post an Entry to your Journal page! Enter a subject indeed!! Maybe Math is the wrong kind of subject. Pi*r=c Hmm, geometry was a long time ago...but not in a galaxy far, far away, only 3.4 light years. ;-D Would you prefer Storm Warning? I'd rather talk about books!

I made it home half an hour before the storm hit! Wind gusts up to 100 miles per hour, the lights just started flickering so I've got a couple candles lit and the flashlights ready! They've got flood warnings posted until about noon tomorrow but I'm at the top of the hill. No worries here, the city floods before I will! I'm heading down to the Library tomorrow and plan on veiwing the river while I'm down there.

I've finished my fifteenth book for the month this morning! which puts me at 302 books for the year!! So I've added onto my goal this year another 12 books which will make 6 books read for every week in the year. That's 17 days to read 10 books. I think I can do that even with the Holidays coming.
I've got the last 2 Nameless Detective books (both about 300 pages)
The last Rogue Angel book (about 350 pages)
Hell's Gate by David Weber and Linda Evans (about 850 pages) and Dragon's Eye (about 350 pages) for g8ways
The Sight by David Clement-Davies (about 550 pages) for bookwyrmmes
That leaves me with four and I've got a bunch more Library books I'm picking up tomorrow!

I've also got the rest of the Munch Mancini series and several Laura Lippman's though I can't remember the Baltimore Blues story. Guess that one'll keep for a while! ;)

Dinner's ready and the lights are still on! so I'm off.
Y'all have yourselves some fun now, y'hear?
