Wii Fit

I got the Wii Fit set up last night. All I did was the setup and took my Wii Fit age due to the computer formatting and reinstallation processes.
My Mii character was a cute little thing until I put in my weight and he blew up like a beach ball. I don't look like that! Well - bald, bearded, and glasses but that's about it. :) Then after spending way too much time figuring out what I'm supposed to be doing on that first test, it showed my Wii age as..."46, that's your actual age. You're in good shape!" Then why do you have me look like a beach ball? hahaha
So I took the test again since I knew how to do the test this time and they gave me a different test :( I gained .3 pounds - say what? I didn't eat or drink anything in the last 3 minutes from the last test! - and a new Wii age of 51.

LOL. My wii age started at 40 and is now down to 39. I think they give you two random tests each time.

The training exercises about killed me yesterday. I started out with Yoga and Deep Breathing - Wow, no problem, I can do this all day! Half Moon - oh, this is easy! Tree - say what? Is that even possible? How about I put my foot on my calf and use the ceiling to keep my balance? lol
I haven't seen aerobics yet or the Island run you love so much. :D I wore myself out on the Ski Jump!
How are you doing with it? if you don't mind my asking.

Yeah, apparently I'm a yoga expert until I get to the tree stance. I haven't tried that one in a couple of days. I like doing the ski jump. What's your high score on there? Mine is like 320?

I'm still an amateur with 256. :) I either do really well with the first jump and lose it on the second or the other way around. :\
I think I unlocked a couple new strength exercises but I'd rather I was unlocking new games! The exercises are cruel and unusual, tormentuous ways of completely obliterating my ability to do anything else all day but sit at the computer! hahaha

I haven't done that one yet. I think that's under aerobics which I plan on looking at today! :)

I'm pretty sure Aerobics is the only one that burns calories. Not that the other stuff isn't important. I try to do the hula hoops or the short run every day. Unless I accidentally do the long run.

They all help improve your ability to burn calories by raising your metabolism and building mus-cles. :)
I'm going to try and do something every day though it'll be on the lighter side on the days I use the elliptical machine.

Yes! I plan on doing just that.
Housework is considered a medium exercise and sports/working out is considered heavy!

You caught me! :P I haven't actually input any yet. That'll be tomorrow! I use my two days off as a rest from the elliptical and other than the Wii spent most of the day online or reading! Hmmm, I wonder if laundry counts - I have to go up and down the stairs for that! lol

I bet it counts. When you unlock Free Run you can just put the controller in your pocket and do household stuff. At least, that's what I did!

Yep, its under light but it gave me enough credits to unlock a new Yoga pose. Oh, I'm scared to look! haha

and Hula Hoops - 65
Ski Jump up to 306
Slalom is 35 seconds with a perfect run!!! :D
