After taking Friday and Sunday off the elliptical due to May Mayhem weekends, I really pushed it this morning. Pushed it up an extra 10 revolutions per minute and got my heartrate up to 159. I was thinking 162 was supposed to be my max heartrate but I think that was last year. Oh well, as long as I don't have a heart attack at work, I'll live! lol And I better look up my new one too.
I also ended up NOT doing the Wii Fit last night but hey, I'm doing the odd Wii exercise during the day without benefit of the board.

You don't want to do wii fit too much and get sick of it! Last night I didn't do the full 30 minutes because I'd spent so much time running around outside, but I still did the test. And played some bowling. ;)

You're supposed to do 30 minutes? *grin*
I just did the body test Sat. night so I'm kind of slacking off a bit. At least where the board is concerned. I have an odd spare moment or two at work where I can hold a pose 'til I fall over which I'm counting! :D
Bowling's my favorite. ;)

Do your feet hurt at the end of every day at work?

Not every day but after many of the long ones they do. That reminds me, I need to add new insoles to my shopping list. :)
I just have lousy balance though I evidently have great posture! lol

What is May Mayhem?

I just set up our Wii Weather channel this morning. Does that count as exercise?

Only if you double-checked the accuracy of Antartica's weather! :D

Whoops, I missed that first question 'til I opened the LJ Inbox. May Mayhem is what they're calling their 5 game plays instead of the usual 3. It's just a convenient excuse for me to take an extra break! lol

Did you get your exercise in by traveling the Wii weather globe to Antartica and then checking weather.com to see how accurate it is? :D

I start out with the best of intentions but don't usually keep at it long enough to become a habit.
I found it easier to stick with it when I had a workout partner. It's a little harder to make excuses when you have to have a good reason for skipping a workout!
