Low tide at Boiler Bay

This week has seen one of the lowest tides along the Oregon Coast. We left Thursday morning to see the boiler from the shipwreck that Boiler Bay was named after.
Low tide was 2.7 feet below sea level

And there's the boiler!

It was a pretty nice day as coastal weather goes - overcast but not much wind for once.

This was taken in Lincoln City. It's D River, the shortest river in the world! (or so the sign says)
