The Arctic Circle is moving south

This is the third or fourth day in a row that we haven't even hit the freezing mark, let alone gone above it. Driving to work this morning, I noticed that Kellogg Creek (flows into the Willamette by the Milwaukie boat ramp) is iced over. I guess it must not be as deep as it looks. Then on the way home, the park's pond is frozen over solid enough that people were walking on it. Brrr. I'm glad I already winterized the camper!
At least it's sunny and the precipitation isn't supposed to hit until it warms up next week!
