I may have gotten a bad batch of flour. :( I scaled it out right and the dough felt good but the cookies spread thin in the oven and normally, they don't. The only thing I did different was to use 1 package of Cinnamon Chips and 1 package of Chocolate Chips instead of 2 packages of Chocolate Chips.

And it looks like the Cinnamon Chips melted during baking so the flour's okay. Guess I'll try adding an extra 1/4 cup of flour when I use Cinnamon Chips.
