Rogue Angel

I saw this book over at the store not too long ago and between the cover and the title I was intrigued enough to check the book out from the Library. Especially after the back of the front cover: A long-lost sword. A willing heroine. A quest to protect humanity's sacred secrets from falling into the wrong hands. Rogue Angel. I almost bought it and now I wish I had! It's fantastic!
Rogue Angel: Destiny
Because it's due tomorrow and I can't renew it because someone else has put it on hold, I set aside Tam Lin and started reading this first book in the Rogue Angel series by Alex Archer. There are three so far in the series and I'm addicted! I'm going after the next two when the bookstore opens this morning! Because of the Rogue Angel series title I was thinking Dark Angel but it's actually more like Relic Hunter.
SciFiChick.com says Annja Creed is a cross between Indiana Jones and Laura Croft. Um, probably a dumb question but who was Laura Croft? Sounds a bit familiar but can't place it. She also says that Alex Archer is a pseudonym for Mel Odom (I've read and liked one of his books though it was kinda strange!:D) and Victor Milan (never heard of 'til now! but will be checking out) who alternate in writing the books.

Edit: not sure why the picture won't show but here's the Amazon Link
